2. Not have a dog’s chance 【机会少得可怜，希望渺茫不如狗。】
Not have a dog's chance 意指“一点儿机会也没有”。
例：He hasn't a dog's chance of passing the exam.
他肯定考不过去。
3. Be curtains (for sb)
Curtain 除了有“窗帘”之意，还可以指“大幕”，要是谁被拉上了大幕，也就意味着“完了”、“没戏了”。
