Just so-so到底实不实用?

However, although one might say "Just so-so" meaning something like "only, or not better than, average", it is not an idiom or set collocation of words, so I agree that you are not likely to hear it very often.
然而，尽管有人可能会说“Just so-so”，意思是只是，或不如平均水平，但它不是一个习语或单词的组合搭配，所以你不太可能经常听到它。
so-so，加连字符，确实有“一般”的意思，但是它更常用语修饰名词，某某某个东西是一般的，可以用so-so。但是我们回答问题时指的“一般”并不是用来修饰名词的，这时候我们可以用这样一句话：
