1　always 强调动作的重复，常用于一般现在时中。

I always get up at five in the morning. 我总是早晨5点钟起床。

He always thinks himself more clever than others. 他总是认为自己比别人聪明。

2　all the time 强调连续性，表示自始至终，常放在句尾。

The girls were singing and dancing all the time at the party. 晚会上，女孩子们一直跳呀，唱呀。

The door is closed all the time . 那门一直关着。

有时，always和all the time可换用，意思上差别不大，但位置不同。

She is busy all the time . 她一直在忙着。
