1　right away 表示“立刻，马上”，相当于at once。

I'll ring him up right away . 我马上就给他打电话。

You'd better do it right away . 你最好马上就做那件事。

right now既可以表示“现在”，也可以表示“立刻”。

He is not feeling well right now . 他现在感觉不好。

2　in a minute 意为“一会儿”，相当于soon，常用于将来时中。

He will be back in a minute . 他一会儿就回来。

The party will begin in a minute . 晚会马上就要开始。

3　at the moment 表示“此刻，现在”，相当于now。

He is reading at the moment . 他这会儿在读书。

What is he doing at the moment ? 他此刻在干什么？
