1　worth 意为“价值……”，后接表示价值的名词，如：two dollars, five yuan；也表示“值得……”，后接动名词，动名词要用主动形式。

The watch is worth two hundred dollars. 这块手表值200美元。

The book is worth reading. 这本书值得读。

The child is worth teaching. 这孩子值得教。

2　worthy 表示“有价值的，值得的”，表示有资格或适合，可作定语，也可作表语，作表语时常用于“be worthy of”或“be worthy to be+过去分词”结构。

His bravery is worthy of great praise. 他的勇敢值得大加称赞。
