403　guess, suppose和imagine

1　guess 意为“猜，猜测”，指凭空进行猜测。

You guessed right. 你猜对了。

I should guess her to be about fifty. 我猜她大约50岁。

2　suppose 意为“假定，猜想，料想”，很可能是正确的料想，接近于think，但根据较少。

I don't suppose he will come. 我想他不会来。

What do you suppose he meant? 你认为他是什么意思？

I suppose she is not yet twenty. 我想她还不到20岁。

3　imagine 意为“想象”。

Can you imagine such fat men climbing the mountain? 你能想象这些胖子攀登这座高山的情景吗？
