每个人都有想要忘却的事情

leave behind，意思就是“留下，遗留”，在这个片断中提到的Everybody’s got something they had to leave behind，指的就是“每个人都有想要忘却的事情”。那么，在我们的日常生活中这个短语要怎么用呢？打个比方：It is the little things that I leave behind for my loved ones.我把小小的礼物留给，我所爱的人。

no use在这里做“没用，没有好处”理解。no use looking back or wondering 意思就是“不要回首过去，或者期望”。
