在阅读理解遇到困难，水平停滞不前时，我就用"阅读水平从量变到质变"这句话安慰自己，后来发现确实有道理。除去做阅读练习题，大约每周读一份21世纪报，而且课文也是我的精读材料。有同学到了高三就抛开课本去找各种各样的课外读物看，我觉得不可取。因为高三课本和考纲是配套的，所选的文章，在题材和难度上都和高考阅读题的文章相近，包括科技、人物、历史等丰富的内容，还容纳了以前学过的各种语法和句型。认真读懂并分析这些文章，对我有针对性地增强语感和理解能力，从书本过度到试卷起了很好的作用。所以，考前3到5个月我都是以作题和啃书本相结合，书本绝对不能放下。另外，在休息时间，通过看英语电视节目和听英语歌曲等方式在娱乐中"阅读"，也是我积累"量变"的一个轻松途径。

　　量变到质变的过程中，时常总结很重要。好些同学觉得阅读科技类文章比较难，但我却在阅读总结中发现，比较起其他类型的文章它在结构上更有规律可寻。一般容易在段首或段尾找出主题句，或发现每段的关键词。
