国有化工集团中化集团(Sinochem)旗下的房地产公司中国金茂控股(China Jinmao Holdings)的首席财务官受邀到香港廉政公署(ICAC)会面，廉政公署还搜查了金茂位于香港的主要办事处。
The China-focused real estate investment and development group revealed the developments in a late-night filing on Tuesday to the Hong Kong stock exchange.
这家专注于中国的房地产投资与开发公司周二深夜在一份提交给香港交易所(HKEx)的文件中披露了上述事态。
The company said Jing Nan, CFO and an executive director at Jinmao, had been “invited to visit [the ICAC] in relation to an investigation, following the execution of a search warrant by the ICAC in the Company’s principal office in Hong Kong”.
金茂表示，公司执行董事及首席财务官江南受廉政公署邀请“就一项调查到廉署会面，此前，廉署人员曾到访本公司位于香港的主要办事处以执行一项搜查令”。
Jinmao said the investigation was in relation to an alleged contravention of Hong Kong’s Prevention of Bribery Ordinance and that it had been required by the ICAC to provide documents and records, but added: 金茂表示，这一调查与涉嫌触犯香港《防止贿赂条例》(Prevention of Bribery Ordinance)有关。该公司已应廉署要求提供某些文件及记录，但其补充道：
As far as the Company is aware, none of the Company or any of its subsidiaries is a subject of the investigation. … The Board wishes to clarify that the above investigation has not had and is not expected to have any adverse effect to the business, operations and financial status of the Group in the ordinary course.

Jinmao, the flagship real estate business of China’s Sinochem Group, listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange in 2007 as Franshion Properties (China) Limited, changing its English name to China Jinmao in September 2015. Parent Sinochem is widely expected to merge with state-run rival ChemChina in 2018 to create the world’s largest chemicals group.
金茂是中化集团旗下的旗舰房地产业务，于2007年以Franshion Properties (China) Limited(方兴地产(中国)有限公司)的公司名在港交所上市，并在2015年9月将其英文公司名改为China Jinmao(中国金茂)。外界广泛预计其母公司中化集团将与国有竞争对手中国化工(ChemChina)在2018年合并，合并后的企业将成为世界最大的化工集团。
