The manufacturing department of the Beijing Boiler Factory will be relocated from Shijingshan district to Caofeidian Production Base in Hebei province this year. In the future, the old factory buildings will be transformed into an industrial park, focusing on smart power grid, industrial Internet, industrial service and other related industries. This year, Shijingshan district will launch an infrastructure development of an optical chip industry base. A research and development testing platform and innovation center will be established, cultivating leading optical chip enterprises.

今年，“京西八大厂”之一的巴威公司，即北京锅炉厂生产制造环节将迁往河北曹妃甸生产基地，公司原有老厂房未来将改造为特色产业园区，重点引入智慧电网、工业互联网、工业服务等特色产业。今年，石景山区还将启动光芯片产业基地基础设施改造，建设研发测试平台和创新中心，培育光芯片龙头企业。
