Offline business at shopping centers and department stores will resume starting June 1, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce said Monday.

上海市商务委5月23日表示，6月1日之后购物中心、百货商场将全面恢复线下营业。

Shopping centers and department stores are allowed to restart their offline business in batches and in an orderly manner, with the total customer flow not exceeding 50 percent of maximum capacity before May 31, and not exceeding 75 percent after June 1.
无疫情风险的区域可分批有序恢复线下营业，5月31日之前，客流总量不超过最大承载量的50%；6月1日之后，全面恢复线下营业，客流总量不超过最大承载量的75%。

Meanwhile, catering, hairdressing, and housekeeping services will gradually resume, said the commission.
同时，有序推动餐饮、理发和家政等生活服务恢复线下营业。
