1. 端午节 The Dragon Boat Festival
当外国人不知道zongzi是什么的时候，可以这样解释~
The Dragon Boat Festival is a day when Chinese people commemorate (纪念)Qu Yuan, a great poet in ancient China, by eating zongzi and having dragon boat races.
a day when可以看作一个句型~
【例】I've got a day off (=a day when I do not have to go to work) tomorrow.

2. 粽子 zongzi (a sticky/glutinous rice ball with Chinese dates wrapped in reed/bamboo leaves)
南方一般用竹叶包粽子，北方一般用芦苇叶包粽子，这是我来北方之后才知道的。sticky/glutinous rice是糯米(有更强粘性的米)，Chinese date是红枣。但是一些南方地区包粽子基本上不用红枣，而用肉或豆沙，所以这个翻译不能一概而论~
3. 赛龙舟 have dragon boat races
当不知道动词 + 名词如何搭配的时候，用一些万能搭的动词也许能解围，如have，make，do，这相当于中文的“整”~但是have跟race还是搭配的~
