That night when the full moon shone bright,

昨夜月圆时，

Hand in hand we stood in moonlight.

月下相携手。

Tonight again the sky is steeped in moonray;

今夜天边月又圆，

The night appears as fine as the day.

夜色如清昼。

The moon and the wind still the same remain,

风月浑依旧，

But I recall the waterside bower in vain.

水馆空回首。

Tomorrow I will ask you when at home you’re due,

明夜归来试问伊，

If you know how much I’m longing for you.

曾解思量否？
