顾太清(1799-1876)，名春，字梅仙。原姓西林觉罗氏，满洲镶蓝旗人。嫁为贝勒奕绘的侧福晋。她为现代文学界公认为“清代第一女词人”。晚年以道号“云槎外史”之名著作小说《红楼梦影》，成为中国小说史上第一位女性小说家。其文采见识，非同凡响，因而八旗论词，有“男中成容若(纳兰性德)，女中太清春(顾太清)”之语 。顾太清不仅才华绝世，而且生得清秀，身量适中，温婉贤淑。令奕绘钟情十分。虽为侧福晋一生却诞育了四子三女，其中几位儿子都有很大作为。

楼外雨初晴，
人倚云屏。
月华如水照吹笙。
多事夜寒添半臂，
春也无情。
残烛尚荧荧，
好梦初惊。
纱窗晓色已平明。
天籁不知何处寺，
一片虚灵。

Tune: Lang t'ao sha (Waves Washing Sand)
Title: In a dream, I visited a place called the Monastery of Heavenly Music, and I saw the text of a lyric on the wall [of a room]. Upon awakening, I tried to recall the words and to write them down. It was written, "To the Tune of Lang t'ao sha," and I have now completed it.

Outside the pavilion, the rain just cleared;
I lean against the mica screen
Moonlight floods the room, shining on the singing mouth organ;
Half of my arm catches the chill of the meddling night air,
So callous, too, is spring.
The dying candle is still aglow,
As I awake from my pleasant dream.
Dawn's colors at the window, it is already daylight;
Heavenly music comes from a monastery I know not where—
Just a scene of an unreal encounter.
