同位语位于名词或名词性短语之后说明其内容，同位语通常由名词、名词性短语或从句担任。

例如 The future belongs to you young people未来是属于你们你年轻人的。

A year is divided into four seasons ,spring, summer, autumn and winter.一年分为四季春、夏、秋、冬。

They each have a dictionary他们每人有一本词典。
