[句型解析]
这是另外一个表建议的句型，意思为“我们不妨……，倒不如……”，一般是在某一个前提下提出这个建议的。

[实例]
1. We may as well buy a Benz since you don't like Ford.
既然你不喜欢福特，我们不妨买辆奔驰。
2. We may as well have a try since it's worth doing.
既然值得一做，我们倒不如试一试。
3. We may as well take the risk. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
不如虎穴，焉得虎子。我们不妨冒一下险。

A: We've been looking for your lost CD for hours.
我们找你丢了的CD几个小时了。
B: It's got to be here somewhere.
一定在这儿。
A: We'll never find it. We may as well give up.

B: No way. It's my favorite CD.
