Many students are obliged to share accommodation with others in college. For them, the lack of privacy is the biggest challenge. And there may even be conflicts in the dormitory due to different habits. 1

Despite the above disadvantages, there are still many advantages for sharing a dormitory with others. 2 First 3 , because freshmen are far away from their families and old friends, roommates often become the natural company to conquer the loneliness and homesickness in their new life.
