From the picture，we can see that when a boy intended to help the girl who fell to the ground，his mother stopped him．She told the boy that other people might think it was he who knocked down the girl，if he gave a helping hand to the girl．But it never occurred to the mother that her child should look on with folded arms when he saw the oil bottle fall down．The boy cried because he held the opinion that his mother would blame him for knocking the bottle over if he straightened the bottle up．Seeing the oil pouring out，the mother was shocked．

In my opinion，it is the boy's mother not the boy that is to blame for the fallen oil bottle，for the way that mother used to educate her son how to deal with the emergency is not proper．Although the mother cared about her son and didn't want her son to be misunderstood，I think it is better to believe in others than to believe that people around you will always do you wrong．We should still be ready to help and support others．When we see someone is in trouble，we should do him a favour at once，regardless of whatever some people may think about us．

In brief，we should take action to help others in emergency situations，for we may badly need others' help sometime in the future．
