再说另一个误区，就是关于 instruction。
这个其实是不怪同学们的。2011 年 GRE 改版，新 GRE 才出现了 instruction. 但是很多国内的机构，资料，以及老师，并没有很快察觉到这个变化的重要性。因为题目多数还是一样，只是 instruction 的差别，于是多数材料就忽略了 instruction。
事实上!instruction 这件事情，ETS 已经强调到不能更强调了。比如这里。怎么写这篇文章，是由 instruction 决定的!
来自ETS官网原话：
“Each Issue topic consists of an issue statement or statements followed by specific task instructions that tell you how to respond to the issue. The wording of some topics in the test might vary slightly from what is presented here. Also, because there may be multiple versions of some topics with similar or identical wording but with different task instructions(看起来题目一样，instruction不一样，就是不同的题目，对待就不同), it is very important to read your test topic and its specific task directions carefully and respond to the wording as it appears in the actual test.”
所以，有的提纲甚至有模板说“正反合”的。不同的 instruction 是完全不同的文章框架形式。分情况讨论的 instruction, 文章就必须分情况。如果是 consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true,就必须正反都写， 可以正正反，也可以反反正。再比如 consequence 类型，就一定要讨论后果。还有别的很多类型。总之，没有一种通用的框架，文章框架是 instruction 决定的。
