Settling down the arrangement

(王先生再次来到旅行社。)
（Mr.Wang comes to the travel agency again.）

(A=Agent, W=Mr.Wang)

代理人：早上好，王先生。您决定去哪度假了吗？
A: Oh, good morning, Mr.Wang. Well, have you made up your mind where you want to go for your vacation?

王先生：是的，我决定去法国度假一周。
W: Yes, I have. I've decided to spend the whole week in France.

代理人：太好了。您决定什么时候去？
A: Good. Now, when do you want to go?

王先生：我的假期是八月的最后一周。
W: Well, my vacation is at the last week of August.

代理人：法国的夏天非常美丽。
A: It's very lovely in France in summer.

王先生：上一次我的假期在冬天，不是很合意。我非常期待这次假期。
W: My last vacation was in winter. It wasn't very pleasant. I'm certainly looking forward to this one.

代理人：您想什么时候走?
A: What day would you like to leave?

王先生：我可以在星期五晚上出发，也就是8月21号。这样我可以多出一天。
W: Well, I could leave on Friday, in the evening. That's on the 21st of August. That's would really give me an extra day.

代理人：我看看•••有一班晚上七点的飞机。
A: Lets's see. There's a plane at seven o'clock.

王先生：早了点。这样我没有什么时间收拾行李和吃晚餐。
W: That's a little early. It wouldn't give me much time for packing or for dinner.

代理人：您可以早上收拾行李。晚餐飞机上有供应。
A: You could pack in the morning. And dinner is served on board the plane.

王先生：这我倒没想到。我可以把行李带去办公室。对，这是个好主意。
W: I hadn't thought about that. I could bring my suitcase to office. Yes, that's a good idea.

代理人：我会给你收集好资料，过几天给您办公室打电话。
A: I'll check on everything for you. And I'll call you at your office in a couple of days.

王先生：谢谢。
W: Thank you very much.
