早上六点钟,家里的闹钟开始“唱歌”。
我迅速地起床、刷牙、洗脸,换上运动服,开始半个小时的慢跑。
我现在是60公斤,今年的目标是50公斤。
一片全麦面包和一小杯酸奶就是我的早餐。
一上午我都在马不停蹄地处理各种各样的邮件、电话。
好不容易我熬到了十二点——午餐时间,可我的午餐只有一根黄瓜和一个西红柿。
从下午两点到五点半,我和总经理在A公司签合同,一直忙到晚上七点。
回到家后,看到冰箱里那么多美食,我真想一口气吃光它们。
不过想到10公斤的减肥任务,我只好拿出两个苹果,默默地关上冰箱。
My alarm clock started "singing" at six in the morning.
I quickly got up, brushed my teeth, washed my face, changed into sportswear and started out on my half-hour jog.I'm currently 60kg. This year, my target is to achieve 50kg.
My breakfast consisted of a slice of whole wheat bread and a small cup of yoghurt.This whole morning, I handled all kinds of email and telephone calls non-stop.
With much difficulty, I managed to endure this till 12pm, i.e. lunch time. But my lunch consisted only of a cucumber and a tomato.From 2pm to 5:30pm, I was with our General Manager for the signing of a contract at Company A. This carried on all the way until 7pm.
After I went home, seeing all the delicious food in the fridge made me feel like eating everything up, all in one sitting.However, the thought of having to lose 10kg* left me with no other option than to just grab hold of two apples and silently close the fridge.
