面对大公司和小公司，你会选择去哪里工作

大家好，我是高，来自泰国。
 
B: And I'm Micky from Nigeria.
我是米基，来自尼日利亚。
 
A: Uhm, the question is about "Would you rather work for a large or small company?" Would you?
嗯，今天的问题是，你想在大公司工作还是在小公司工作？你的选择是什么？
 
B: Yeah, I don't know, but I think I would rather work for a large company.
我不知道，不过我想我更愿意在大公司工作。
 
A: Uhm, why?
嗯，为什么？
 
B: Because working for a large company gives you room to build yourself. Have large friends, have large organization to work with because you're kind of like reckon with and all that.
因为在大公司工作有塑造自己的机会。在工作中可以结交很多朋友，还会和大型机构合作，你要考虑这些事。
 
A: Well, if it's me, I would rather work for a small company, because like, I see when I feel that if you work in a large company there, there is more rules and regulations. But if it is a small company you can, I can move more freely. And I suppose maybe that my opinion can be heard easier than in a large company where higher ups are far away in maybe some another foreign country.
我的话，我更愿意在小公司工作，因为我认为大公司有很多规章制度。而小公司可以自由活动。我认为在小公司工作的话，我的意见更容易被听取，因为大公司的高层可能在遥远的外国。
 
B: Yeah, but to large company, you have a chance of working with...
对，不过在大公司，你有机会和……
 
A: Yeah.
对。
 
B: all that new people and you can make a lot of large friends, you know.
可以结交很多朋友。
 
A: Yeah.
对。
 
B: And a good network too.
而且大公司拥有更好的网络。
 
A: We'll see.
