　　不要动辄使自己和他人感到尴尬。有些人对自己和他人都是有失体面的绊脚石，他们离愚蠢只有一步。这种人到处都能遇见，却不容易摆脱。即使一天惹出麻烦事上百桩，他们都毫不在乎。他们反对所有人和事，因此脾气总是不顺。他们颠倒判断标准，所以谴责任何事情。他们一无是处却又四处挑剔，这最能考验我们的耐性和谨慎。无教养的王国里到处都是这类怪物。

　Do not seize occasions to embarrass yourself or others. There are some men stumbling-blocks of good manners either for themselves or for others: they are always on the point of some stupidity.
