[00:26]might just be stubborn.

[00:31]Keep in mind that they will howl at anything, so a

[00:34]month from now they'll find another vapid reason to howl.

[00:40]Yet the result could be remembered as a message

[00:43]more profound than the disparate mutterings of a grumpy

[00:48]electorate that has lost faith in its leader-as a growl of

[00:53]hostility to the rising power of the state.

[01:05]needs go up at the same time that the states' ability to

[01:47]unemployment may be stabilizing…
