这是笔记中最常见的方式，能够非常清晰地表明文章的结构。一般把做笔记的纸分成两部分，一列一列从上往下记。把重要的总结性内容(main idea)顶格写，说明解释性内容(detail)缩进写。考生可参见一下形式(文章内容以巴朗test 6 listening 5为例)：

二、Cornell式
这也是一种能够清楚显示文章结构的方式，和缩进式有点相似。在这种方式中也是把做笔记的纸分成两部分，但左边部分占大约三分之一左右的空间，用于写main idea，右边部分写相应的detail。

三、单词式
有的考生无法在短时间内掌握考试内容结构，那么纯粹记自己认为重要的单词也不失为一种方法。因为记笔记不仅是为了掌握文章的重要信息，为之后的做题找到线索，更是帮助集中考生的注意力。如果不做笔记光听，很容易走神，所以单词式不需要考生花太多时间在笔记的形式上，着重于跟上文章的节奏，保证注意力集中。

四、对话双方式对话部分一般会以一男一女说话的形式出现，所以可以把笔记分为两部分，一边记男生讲的内容，一边记女生讲的内容。但由于对话中有时两人说话转换速度比较快，很难及时记下，所以这种方式考生可以根据自己喜好选择使用。(官方指南practice set 1)

五、流程图画式
这种方式比较难在整篇听力文章中实现，在个别段落中可以使用。特别是图画题，需要有整体的想像和高度概括，考试过程中比较难以实现，但可以选择在以后学习中使用。
