A great deal of effort has been put into the Global Service relaunch from your local markets, and I am pleased that all the Asia-Pacific countries participating in the relaunch will be ready by May 4. As a final check, could you please confirm with me by Apr. 27 that your country's CEO has endorsed the readiness to go live on May 4?
