在骄阳似火的天气里，不仅人们的身体容易中暑，心理上也会“中暑”。驾车外出，千万别让你的情绪“中暑”。

Rising temperatures are being accompanied by rising levels of road rage in the city, police said July 26. In a phenomenon they’ve dubbed "emotional sunstroke," police say that drivers are more irritable in summer and that minor incidents can quickly escalate into violence.

警方26日表示，随着气温的升高，城市里“路怒”也随之增多。针对这种“情绪中暑”现象，警方称，夏季司机更易怒，小小的摩擦会迅速升级演变为暴力事件。

“情绪中暑”可以用英文emotional sunstroke表示，是指当气温超过35℃、日照超过12小时、湿度高于80%时，人容易情绪失控，频繁发生摩擦或争执的现象，又叫夏季情感障碍综合症。“中暑”除了用sunstroke表示，还可以用heatstroke表示。

日前，上海青浦区发生司机殴斗，众目睽睽下开起“碰碰车”，双方由相互指责演变为撕扯殴斗，后情绪失控，竟演变成撞车。有人称“路怒”(road rage)也是“情绪中暑”的一种。

天气变化会对人心情产生影响，夏季需警惕“情绪中暑”，夏季忧郁症(summertime sadness)。冬季需注意“小屋热”(cabin fever)、“冬季抑郁症”( winter depression)等季节情绪失调症(Seasonal Affective Disorder，SAD)，需注意自我心理调节，保持良好的精神状态。
