Relieved (adjective) Feeling free from anxiety 放松的

如：He was relieved to hear the good news

听到那个好消息，他松了一口气。

Homeless (adjective) Having nowhere to live 无家可归的

如：The charity helps homeless people to find a place to live

慈善机构为无家可归的人提供一个容身之地。

Spare (adjective) Kept in reserve for possible use 备用的

如：Has anyone got a spare pen that I can borrow?

有没有人有多余的币，借我用一下?

A gossip (noun) A person who talks about the affairs of others 八卦

如：Don’t tell Anne, she’s a terrible gossip so she’ll tell everybody

不要告诉Anne，她非常八卦，喜欢告诉每个人。

Handmade (adjective) Made by hand rather than machine 手工的

如：The gloves are handmade so they were quite expensive

这幅手套是手工的，所以价格不菲。

A degree (noun) An academic title given by a university 学位

如：Congratulations on getting your History degree!
