to take over (phrasal v.) - to take control of something v. 接管，接收，取得主导地位

如：Has the party been taken over by extremists?

该党是否已被极端分子控制?

The firm has been taken over by an American conglomerate.

该公司已被美国一企业集团接管。

lazy (adj.) - not wanting to do any work adj. 懒惰的，懒散的

如：The lazy man's the beggar's brother.

[谚]懒鬼是乞丐的兄弟。

pitch (n.) - the field where football is played 球场
