But, where do they go in a sentence? Look at alwaysin this sentence – does it come before or after the verb?

The verb is ‘starts’ and alwayscomes before. Rule number one.
Next sentence: Helen isn’talwayshappy about this.
The verb is 'is' andalwayswas after. Rule number two.
