Jenny： What's this？I didn't order that.

Waitress： I am terrible sorry．May I have your order again？I will get it right way.

Jenny： I ordered cold roast beef.

Waitress： I'm sorry．I must have made a mistake．I'll bring them for you at once.

Jenny： Hey，what's this？

Waitress： Pardon me，Miss．But didn't you order the beef soup with vegetables？

Jenny： Oh，what is this ？The taste is too greasy and salty.

Waitress： I'll replace it for you.

Jenny： No，don't replace it．Give me a refund.

Waitress： Sorry，I am afraid we can't．But you may order something else instead？

Jenny： OK，I want a bland soup.

Waitress： How about chicken soup with mushrooms？

Jenny： OK，thank you.

退换饭菜

珍妮： 这是什么呀？我点的不是这个菜。

服务生： 实在是太抱歉了，您再讲一下您点的菜是什么好吗？我马上去换您的菜。

珍妮： 我叫的是冷烤牛肉 。

服务生： 对不起，是我的错。我马上把您的菜端上来。

珍妮： 喂，这是什么？

服务生： 对不起，小姐，这不是您叫的牛肉蔬菜汤吗？

珍妮： 哦，就是这个？这个又咸又腻的。

服务生： 那我给您换吧。

珍妮： 不用换了，给我退钱吧。

服务生： 对不起，这个恐怕不行。你可以点别的代替。

珍妮： 好吧，来个清淡点的汤吧。

服务生： 蘑菇鸡汤好吗？

珍妮： 好吧，谢谢。
