Renting an Apartment

Helen： Hello，I'm calling about the apartment you advertised.

Ella： Yes，What kind of apartment are you interested in？

Helen： I'm interested in a double-room apartment． Do you have any available？

Ella： Yes，I have one．When do you need it？

Helen： About next month．Tell me something about it？

Ella： Well，it's a double-room apartment．There are two bedrooms，living room，bathroom，kitchen and balcony.

Helen： Is there a courtyard ？

Ella： No，it is on 5th floor．The monthly rent is 2500 Yuan，with 1000 security deposit ．You pay electricity and gas only．Water is included．Both heating and cooking are with gas．That's probably it.

Helen： Sounds good．May I come over tomorrow to take a look？

Ella： Sure．What time would you like to come？

Helen： How about 10 am？
