Clerk: Hello, May I help you?

Tom: Hi, I need to get my suit cleaned urgently. Do you have dry cleaning service?

Clerk: Yes, we do.

Tom: I'd like to have these shirts washed and ironed .

Clerk: Do you want us to use starch?

Tom: Heavy starch on the collar, please. Can I fetch it tomorrow? It is urgent. I need my suit clean for tomorrow. Will that be a problem?

Clerk: No problem, Sir.

Tom: Could you please tell me when your laundry opens?

Clerk: We open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Tom: I see.

Clerk: Here is your laundry ticket.

Tom: Thank you.

(Tomorrow morning)

Tom: I'd like to get my laundry.

Clerk: Yes, sir. May I check your ticket, please?

Tom: Here you are.

Clerk: Yes, they are ready to go.

Tom: How much for these?

Clerk: 12 dollars.

Tom: Here is the money. Keep the change .
