Car Crash

Aaron: Did you know Peter had a car accident and was sent into hospital?

Cody: What? Jesus, what happened?

Aaron: He was knocked down by a car. Someone said the car had lost control, but somebody saw the driver got drunk .

Cody: Really? That's horrible. Drunken driving is one of the most common causes of traffic accidents.

Aaron: I don't understand. Why did some guys like to drive so fast when they are drunk?

Cody: I don't know. Have you ever seen the scene of car crashes ?

Aaron: No, I have never seen that.

Cody: Last week, I saw a car crash, the car skidded and turned over . Two people are killed on the spot! And the rest were bleeding .

Aaron: Were they serious injured?

Cody: I was not sure. The paramedics were taking care of the injury.

Aaron: So people need to be responsible when they drive.

亚伦： 你知道皮特出车祸被送进医院了吗？

科迪： 什么？天哪！发生什么事情了？

亚伦： 他被车撞倒了。有些人说那辆车失控，还有人说看到司机喝醉了。

科迪： 真的，太可怕了。酒后驾车是导致交通事故的常见原因之一。

亚伦： 我不明白。为什么那些喝醉了的人还要开车而且还开得那么快。

科迪： 我不知道。你有看过车祸现场吗？

亚伦： 从来没有看到过。

科迪： 上周我就看到一起。车子打了滑侧翻了。有两个人死了，其他人还在流血。

亚伦： 严重吗？

科迪： 我不确定，医护人员在照料伤者。

亚伦： 因此开车时一定要有责任心才行。
