Self-introduction

Ed： OK, let me see. Here is your resume. First name is Deny, last name is White. Denny White, right?

Denny： Yeah. Nice to meet you, sir.

Ed： Your age is 22. What is your height ?

Denny： 178 cm.

Ed： Oh, What is your marital status?

Denny： I am a single man.

Ed： Your birth date is very interesting.

Denny： Why?

Ed： We have same date of birth . Ha-ha. I've known your personal information. Why don't you introduce yourself now?

Denny： What else do you want to know?

Ed： The usual, you know, something about background and experience and anything personal that you feel.

Denny： Well, I'm graduated from Oklahoma State University. I've attended some conferences in this field. But the most relevant training I've had was in computer design. I believe I could integrate that knowledge with my college degree to design a program for your company.

Ed： I see. Did you have anything specific in mind?

Denny： Well, I notice that you currently provide an on-screen TV Guide. At the moment, it just scrolls the names of the programs in a repeated loop. If you have many channels, you have to wait a long time to find the item you are interested in. I believe I could design a program that makes the guide interactive. Customers could go right to the program they want.

Ed： That's impressive. Why don't you have your credentials sent to me and I'll show them to the board? We'll probably get back to you in a week.

Denny： Thanks very much.
