Rita： Well, I've looked over your resume, Mr. Peepers.

Ted： Please, call me Ted.

Rita： Well, Ted, this is a very impressive resume. Now I would like to tell you something about our company. Our company has a good reputation.

Ted： Could you tell me details about the organization? For example, how many your workforces and departments are there?

Rita： Well, in total we have around 150 employees based in branch office in Hong Kong with another 400 in our head office in New York. The news desk staff in Hong Kong comprises around 80 staff. It's about 10 departments in branch office, such as Business Office, International Department, and Advertising Department and so on.

Ted： I see. And how about the working hours?

Rita： Well, as you know, in journalism work hours are not exactly nine to five. You could be on call at any time.

Ted： Well, I am used to that, Miss Parsons, so that's not really a shock for me.

Rita： Good, as long as you understand that.

芮塔： 在香港分公司我们大概有150名员工，纽约总部有400名员工，香港新闻部大概有80名职员。而这里有大概10个左右部门，像是营业部，国际部，广告部等等。

特德： 我明白了，工作时间呢？

芮塔： 正如你所知道的，新闻业的工作时间不是按时的朝九晚五，任何时候都是随时待命的。

特德： 帕森斯小姐，我已经习惯于那样工作了，所以那对我来说并不奇怪。

芮塔： 好的，还好你很理解。
