Andrew： Okay, Gary. Now you've given me a good idea of your work and academic background, but what about you as a person? How would you describe your key strengths or what kind of character do you think you have?

Gary： Well, Mr. Parsons. Generally speaking, I am an candid, confident and optimistic person. As I mentioned before, I'm someone who needs new challenges. I'm really focused and hard-working. I think my academic results prove this.

Andrew： Yes, true, What is your strongest trait?

Gary： Frankness and courage . Furthermore, I believe I'm a good team-player, but I can also work well independently . I'm very enthusiastic and, well I'm fun to work with.

Andrew： How would your friends or colleagues describe you?

Gary： Hmm, that's a tough question. They say Gary is a friendly, caring and determined person.

Andrew： What personality do you admire?

Gary： I admire a person who is independent, energetic and flexible . He must be a person with conscientious spirit.

Andrew： How do you get along with others?

Gary： I get on well with others.
