New Job

Lucy： Hi, Ron. You look so good!

Ron： Hi, Lucy, how is duty in your new job?

Lucy： That's nice. My colleagues seem alright. So far everything is great.

Ron： Pretty good. What do they have you doing over there?

Lucy： Well, I work in the marketing department. The enterprise culture is totally different from my last employer. Everyone works very closely with each other.

Ron： That's really good. It's very important to feel like you are part of the team at work.

Lucy： Indeed. Team work is corporate philosophy in this new company. I like our boss, too. He's highly respected by all his employees.

Ron： That's great, that's good for a positive work atmosphere .

Lucy： True, take my former management as an example. He was extremely controlling and overbearing. He always had to conduct everything.

Ron： Well, now you don't have to worry about that. This new enterprise sounds really good.

Lucy： Yeah, it is.

罗恩： 你好，露西。你的新职务如何？

露西： 很好。我的同事都不错，到现在为止一切都挺好的。

罗恩： 那不错，你在公司里做什么？

露西： 哦，我在市场营销部工作，这里的企业文化和我以前的公司截然不同。所有人都要和其他人密切合作。

罗恩： 那真的很好，感觉自己是团队的一份子很重要。

露西： 确实，公司的企业理念是注重团队合作.我也很喜欢我的老板，所有的员工都很尊重他。

罗恩： 那样太棒了，这样的老板有利于创造一个积极的工作环境。

露西： 是啊，就说我以前的上司，他的控制欲就特别强，又非常专横，每一件小事他都要亲自插手过问。

罗恩： 现在你就不必担心了，这个新公司听起来真不错。

露西： 是挺好的。
