Yesterday afternoon Frank Hawkins was telling meabout his experiences as a young man. Before heretired, Frank was the head of a very large businesscompany, but as a boy he used towork in a smallshop. It was his job to repair bicycles and at thattime he used to work fourteen hours a day. He savedmoney for years and in 1958 he bought a smallworkshop of his own. In his twenties Frank used tomake spare parts for aeroplanes. At that time hehad two helpers.
