NEW AGER:Life is pretty short. Why put off till tomorrow what you can do today? Think of all the things you've ever wanted to do, then think of the excuses you make in order not to do them. For example, have you always wanted to learn to play the guitar? Travel round the world?

NEW AGER:Or quit your job and start your own business? It's not always easy following your dream, but often the biggest factor preventing us is ourselves. Sometimes you just got to go for it. It's now or never. What you need is a bucket list.

NEW AGER:“遗愿清单”是一份你希望在去世前做完的所有事情的清单。 All the things you've been putting off till tomorrow, instead of doing them today. They can be split up into five distinct categories. One. Personal.

NEW AGER:This includes family, friends, passion and personality. Have you always wanted to fall in love, or get married, or have a baby? Or how about something slightly less conventional? Like swimming with dolphins, writing a novel, or overcoming your fear of flying? Well, this is your chance.

NEW AGER:Add them to your bucket list and promise yourself you'll do them. Number two is skills and learning. This includes going to college, learning to play a musical instrument, getting that online diploma or learning a new language. Number Three is a popular category ... travel. This could include going to another country for the first time, traveling round the world, or just going camping and spending a night under the stars.

NEW AGER:Now ... let's talk about jobs. What's your dream job? Do you want to be your own boss? Yes, number four is work and money. What are your financial goals?

NEW AGER:Do you want to retire at 45? Own your own company? Buy a dream home? Number five is perhaps the most difficult and also the easiest ... You know you ought to eat more fruit, exercise regularly, lose weight or stop smoking.

NEW AGER:But have you? Not yet? Well, put that one at the top of your bucket list. Lifestyle changes aren't easy ... but they're certainly achievable day to day goals. So ... go on!

NEW AGER:What are you waiting for? The first step is to make your bucket list. The second step is to just ... do it!
