I know you guys have got to go. I know I've been up here a lot longer than I told my friends Iwas gonna up here, I cried, I was supposed to get up, and say "Thank you" and walked offand I am not able to do that. So I appreciate it. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. As Iclose, the game basketball has been everything to me, my refuge, my place I've always gonewhen I need to find comfort and peace. It's been a source of intense pain and a source ofthe most intense feelings of joy and satisfaction. The one that no one can even imagine. It'sbeen a relationship of bond over time. It gave me the great expects and love for the game. Itprovided me with a platform and shared my passions with millions in the way I neitherexpected nor could have imagined in my career. I hope that it's given millions of people withthat touch, optimism and desire to achieve their goals through hard work, perseverance andpositive attitude. Although I am recognized with this honor of being in the Basketball Hall ofFame, I don't look this moment as the defining end of the relationship between me andbasketball. It simply is a continuation of something I started a long time ago. One day, youmay look up a senior player at a game of 50. Oh, no. Don't laugh. Do't laugh. Never say never,because limits, like fears, are often just an illusion.
