[00:16.91]was found by Sir Peter Scott in 1961.

[00:20.98]His goal was to help protect the Earth's

[00:25.04]Today the WWF is the world's largest

[00:27.76]conservation organization.

[00:30.08]It has almost 5 million supporters

[00:32.26]all over the world and has organized more than

[00:35.14]11.000 projects in 130 countries.

[00:39.75]Besides protecting endangered species,

[00:42.53]the WWF concentrates on these key areas

[00:52.34]Burning coal and oil produces gases

[00:54.66]like Carbon Dioxide,

[00:56.33]which are the major cause of global warming.

[00:59.39]About 23,000,000,000 tonnes of Carbon Dioxide
