make是一个多义词
除了我们平时理解“做”，“制造”外还有很多其他词义
当老外跟你说make bed时候可不要想歪了
 
1.make bed 到底是什么意思?
make 常见的意思是制造， bed 又是床，因此不少人想当然以为 make bed 的意思是做床。
其实，make 还有整理的意思，make bed 也就是我们早上要做的家务——铺床。
在实际使用时，我们一般说make the bed 或 make one's bed。
例句：
Give me ten minutes. I need to make my bed and get dressed.
给我十分钟，我需要铺床穿衣服。
 
2.“赖床”英语怎么说？
很多人会把赖床翻译为 stay in bed，其实赖床根本不需要用到 bed。
赖床不过是为了在床上多睡会觉，因此赖床直接用sleep in就可以了。
例句：
I  get up early in the summer, but I occasionally sleep in.
我夏天会早起，但我偶尔赖床。
赖在床上起不来就像是被胶水粘在床上一样，所以赖床还有个俏皮的说法，就是 glue oneself to bed。

3.make a move是什么意思？
make a move表示做出主动，采取措施
例句：
He‘s waiting to see what his enemy does before he makes a move
他想先等着看看敌人怎么办再说。
