A:The courses for our regular dinner are: appetizer, soup, salad, choice of the main course, dessert, coffee.

B:All right, we'll have it.

C:Today's mutton chop is very good. Would you like to have it as the main course?

B:That's a good idea. And as for dessert, we'll have apple pie. We'd llke to have some coffee afterwards.
