The tall house which you see on that high rock is a lighthouse.

你看到的高大岩石的那座高房子是个灯塔。

At night its light is seen far out at sea, and the men on ships can tell where to go.

夜里，它的光亮在很远的海面上都能看到，船上的人们可以辨明方向。

If it were not for this, they would run on the rocks.
