12月18日，远望3号远洋航天测量船驶离码头，奔赴任务海域，开始执行新的海上测控任务。本次航行，远望3号船的船员们将在海上迎来2023年元旦和春节。出航前，船员们全面检修参试设备，扎实搞好人员培训，周密开展物资补给，为顺利出航和圆满完成任务做好万全准备。
China's tracking ship Yuanwang-3 departed from a port on Dec 18 for new spacecraft monitoring missions. The crew members will spend the New Year holiday and Spring Festival during this voyage. Before setting sail, they had examined facilities, received training, and replenished supplies to ensure the success of the missions.

2021年年初以来，远望3号船已累计出航120余天，圆满完成了以神舟十四号载人飞行任务为代表的4次海上测控任务，安全航行33000余海里。
