A new guideline document from the national government, concerning a new doctor-evaluating system said that patients' post-treating review for doctors would in future affect the doctors career development.

Won't such reviews distract doctors from the important, hard work of saving lives? Won't medical staff be pressured to raise scores by bending to unreasonable patient demands, and won't that erode quality of care and raise costs?
