When we talk of the famous proverb "Do one thing at a time,and do it well," we should not simply label it as right or wrong,but explore it in depth. Simple as it is,the meaning conveyed by the proverb is clear and profond. It indicates that concentration is of great importance and is the premise of success.
On the one hand,for our students,concentration is an indispensable factor in saving our precious time and improving our learning efficiency. If our attention on our studies is called off now and then, how can we achieve a maximum effect in the shortest time? On the other hand,loss of concentration can lead to negative consequence and be dangerous sometimes. Take a driver for example, if his thoughts are scattered,or his minds race from one thing to another,what lies ahead of him may be a terrible accident.
From what has been discussed above, we should realize the importance of concentration more clearly. Only with concentration can we do thatever we want more efficiently and achieve success more smoothly.
