household指的是住在同一个房子里的人，一家人，即“一户人”;family相对来说强调是“一家人”(主要指有血缘关系的亲人)，所以household可以不考虑血缘而是依托于house而存在的关系。
“户口”是一个比较有中国特色的东西，所以当你翻译时其实也可以直接说成“hukou”，只不过可能还需要稍微解释一下它的意思。
Hukou户口
Hukou is a system of household registration used in mainland China. Hukou is the registration of an individual in the system. A household registration record officially identifies a person as a permanent resident of an area and includes identifying information such as name, parents, spouse and date of birth.
户口是中国大陆使用的一种户籍登记制度。户口是一个人在系统中的登记。户籍登记文件正式确认一个人是一个地区的永久居民，其中包括姓名、父母、配偶和出生日期等身份信息。

户口簿复印件：a copy of a household registration booklet
这里要注意原件用the是因为原件仅此一件，是特指。复印件可以有很多个，用a来泛指其中的一个就可以了。
某人有某种户口，动词通常不是“have”而是“hold”，表示“持有...”的意思。
hold a rural household registration 持有农村户口
hold an urban household registration 持有城市户口
hold a Shanghai/Beijing household registration. 持有上海户口/北京户口。
