B: I just checked my balance this morning.

A: Your account may have been frozen.

B: Why would the bank do that?

A: You should contact your bank.

B: How else can I pay for these items?

A: Do you have a credit card?

B: I can write you a check.

A: If it's from the same bank account as your ATM card, then I can't accept that check.

B: I guess I can't go shopping today then.
